Vitamins for hair loss

A healthy body leads to a healthy scalp covered with hair unless of course there are some genetic factors. The dietary intake that we consume contributes a great deal on the amount of hair and quality of hair on the head. Unfortunately the food that we consume is usually not a well-balanced one and is deplete of many essential nutrients leading to hair loss. The essential vitamins for hair loss prevention are the B Vitamins viz. vitamin B6, folic acid, biotin, niacin etc. and minerals like zinc, magnesium, sulphur etc. When hair loss sets in if the person consumes such vitamins for hair loss there is a noticeable reduction in the amount of hair loss. However such vitamins for hair loss must be consumed in the right amounts only as an overdose may counter-effect the problem. It is always better to have such vitamins for hair loss through our daily intake of food rather than depending on vitamin-packed supplements. Since the modern-day diet is often short of vitamins and minerals the problem may be overcome by having vitamins package for hair loss. Vitamin A, all the B vitamins, vitamin C, and Vitamin E are good for hair growth if taken in correct amounts. Vitamin d and hair loss are also are relevant in this context as it is believed that vitamin d insufficiency that leads to problems in bone development also affects hair loss.
